You may be eligible if you:
Better Nights, Better Days is an internet-based eHealth intervention for treating insomnia. To date, Better Nights, Better Days programs have been designed and evaluated for typically developing children, children with neurodevelopment disorders, and youth. Better Nights, Better Days for youth (13-18 years old) has been piloted and found preliminary evidence that the program improves sleep and daytime functioning.
This project will aim to test the feasibility, usability, acceptability and preliminary effectiveness of the Better Nights, Better Days program that has been designed for adult use.
